Job Overview
Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Debre Work, Amhara Region, Ethiopia. The role involves developing and managing applications on the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript scripting, orchestration, and configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop JavaScript solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
- Serve as a critical subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement ServiceNow Orchestration and application development tasks.
- Build, configure, test, and document lab environments.
- Create demonstration environments integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
- Stay updated on emerging market technologies and ServiceNow offerings.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, and Jelly.
- Experience with Enterprise or IT Service Management frameworks.
- Advanced skills in ServiceNow system administration.
- Knowledge of database configuration and administration within ServiceNow.
- Strong ability in gathering and analyzing requirements.
- Capability to explain complex workflows and processes clearly to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities independently.
