Job description
Role Overview
We seek seasoned SAP Functional & Technical Consultants to contribute to SAP projects involving implementation, transformation, integration, enhancement, and support across platforms including SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and implementation partners to understand requirements, design tailored SAP solutions, drive enhancements, and maintain robust system integration and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Engage actively in SAP project phases such as implementation, rollout, migration, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing support.
- Customize SAP configurations to align with business processes.
- Produce detailed functional and technical specifications and solution documentation.
- Work with business users and process owners to identify areas for process optimization.
- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation initiatives.
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP Ariba solutions as applicable.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Hold a minimum of 5 years’ SAP-related work experience relevant to the role and specialization.
- Expertise in one or more SAP domains: SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP integrations, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Deep understanding of SAP business processes and comprehensive system integration.
- Experience in SAP implementations, transformations, rollouts, and support operations.
- Proficient in SAP configuration, customization, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Track record of effective collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently and work within project teams.
Technical Skills and Tools
Dependent on specialization, advantageous skills include proficiency with SAP BTP, API development, integration technologies, SAP Fiori/UI5, ABAP programming, SAP Cloud Integration, middleware solutions, data migration, and SAP analytics.
Preferred Certifications
- SAP S/4HANA certification
- SAP RISE or cloud-related certification
- SAP SuccessFactors certification
- SAP Ariba certification
- Certifications related to SAP BTP or integration technologies
