About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Workflow Developer with over 8 years of IT Service Management (ITS) and Project Service Management (PSM) experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise integrating ServiceNow with other applications and developing custom applications tailored to business needs, including areas such as Privilege Management and Access Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle project development including implementation, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure solutions meet their requirements.
- Create custom ServiceNow applications addressing specific business challenges.
- Execute integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems as well as vice versa.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in ServiceNow development is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience working with AI tools such as SDK, Build Agent, Devin, Claude, or other AI platforms to leverage artificial intelligence for process improvement.
- Primary work location is Bangalore; however, consideration will be given to candidates based in Hyderabad as well.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech / B.E.) in any specialization.
