Job Overview
Cooee Water Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dependable and skilled Service Technician to join their expanding team. This hands-on position is based on-site and covers servicing areas in Brisbane, Greater Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast. Candidates can apply for either part-time or full-time roles, though full-time is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, and repairs of water filtration systems
- Identification and diagnosis of faults followed by practical onsite remediation for both commercial and residential clients
- Conducting scheduled maintenance tasks on systems
- Accurate documentation of all completed work activities
- Handling and managing basic parts and equipment inventory
- Maintaining professional and clear communication with customers throughout service calls
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess solid mechanical or electrical aptitude combined with strong troubleshooting skills suitable for independent fieldwork. A valid driver's license and good communication abilities are essential. Safety and quality workmanship are key commitments expected from the role holder.
While experience with water filtration or plumbing systems is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
