Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service by warmly greeting customers, serving food, and handling transactions at the cash register.

Qualifications

• Friendly demeanor and willingness to support team members.
• Previous operational experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Minimum education: some high school completed.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local legislation, and must be obtained at your own expense.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

The job environment often includes hot temperatures from steam tables and food vapors, with restricted workspace requiring employees to stand for long periods. Tasks include preparing hot and cold foods, operating kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand continuously for up to four hours, and reach across counters approximately 36 inches high. The kitchen environment can be noisy and storage limited.
