Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be engaged in hand-preparing real food daily, working at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. No microwaves or freezers are used in our kitchens. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the friendly atmosphere that defines our restaurants. Regardless of prior experience, if you have enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, this position offers you an excellent chance to grow.
