Role Overview

As a Service Engineer/Technician based in Pune, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and systems to ensure optimal functionality and fulfill customer requirements. The role demands expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, delivering customer support, and keeping thorough documentation of all service activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain equipment and machinery regularly.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, technical, or electrical problems efficiently.
• Offer on-site and remote customer support to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of services performed and parts utilized.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with peers and departments to solve complex issues and enhance service methods.
• Provide training to users on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is typically expected.
• Relevant prior experience as a service engineer or technician, preferably within air filtration or a related sector.
• Strong technical abilities in troubleshooting and equipment upkeep.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively, including travel to customer locations.

Additional Information

The position reports to the Service Manager within the Service Department and involves fieldwork at client sites. Experience required ranges between 4 to 8 years.

Monthly compensation ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 50,000.
