Service Driver

About the Role

Join the Rentokil Initial team as a Service Driver at our Bristol location, responsible for servicing hygiene products across Bristol and nearby areas. We welcome applicants without prior experience, as full professional training will be provided. This role offers autonomy, regular customer interactions, and a chance to manage your schedule effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain hygiene units including feminine hygiene bins, nappy disposal units, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats to various customer locations.
• Handle loading and unloading tasks that require physical fitness.
• Drive safely and responsibly, maintaining your vehicle according to company safety standards and following guidance from the RI Drive Smart program.
• Provide excellent customer service, represent the company professionally and positively at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving license for over two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Be adaptable with work schedules according to business demands.
• Show initiative and a positive, proactive attitude towards tasks.
• Take pride in the quality and reliability of your work.
• Be prepared to undergo a DBS check as required by the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting basic salary of £26,655 per year, with an expected on-target earnings (OTE) of £27,500 including bonuses and commissions.
