Service Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Service Driver to join our committed team at the Woodford branch, responsible for servicing customers in Woodford, Chelmsford, and nearby areas. Whether you are new to the field or bring prior experience, comprehensive training will be provided. This role suits individuals who enjoy driving, managing their own schedule, and delivering excellent customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting base salary of £29,200 per year.
• On-target earnings can reach approximately £31,500 annually, inclusive of bonuses and commission.

• Relocation support up to £5,000 for applicants moving over two hours away.
• Work schedule of Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, with the possibility to increase to 48 hours with corresponding salary adjustments.

Role Responsibilities

• Visit various customer locations to maintain and service washroom hygiene products such as feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats.
• Physically handle loading and unloading of units and floor mats, requiring good physical fitness.
• Maintain vehicle safety and drive responsibly in accordance with company guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and consistently present a professional demeanor.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving license held for at least two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exemplary customer service and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to accommodate varied working patterns aligned with business demands.
• Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and pride in workmanship.
• Potential requirement to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check depending on the specific role.
