About the Role
We are recruiting 3 to 4 individuals for our Central Backend Operations Team based at a central office in Mumbai. This team acts as the operational oversight hub for our extensive salon network, ensuring smooth functioning across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor salon activities via CCTV to maintain oversight on daily operations.
- Manage appointment schedules and advance bookings efficiently to streamline customer flow.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, including messages and calls.
- Track billing processes diligently to identify and prevent revenue leakages.
- Oversee staff performance and customer service quality to uphold standards.
- Coordinate regularly with salon managers to address operational challenges.
- Detect emerging operational issues and recognize patterns or trends early to mitigate risks.

Individuals who are highly observant, responsible, and proactive with strong analytical abilities will excel in this role. The position demands active problem identification and intervention, beyond passive surveillance.
Additional Information
This function is critical to ensuring uniform standards and seamless operations across our network of outlets, regardless of scale whether 50 or over 5,000 salons.
Compensation & Location
The salary range offered is between 20,000 and 30,000 INR per month. The role is based onsite at the Mumbai office.
