The Service Desk Analyst serves as the primary contact for our clients, handling a diverse range of technical inquiries and issues daily. This after-hours role involves proactive problem-solving and appropriate escalation. Operating within the Managed Services team, you'll ensure prompt, effective support through calls, emails, and alert monitoring, adhering to ITIL standards for incident and service request resolution.

Work Schedule
The Service Desk operates continuously, requiring flexibility to work weekends and public holidays. Day shifts vary between 6 AM and midnight, Monday through Sunday.
