Key Responsibilities

• Operate and park vehicles across multiple locations as needed.
• Engage positively with customers to foster strong relationships and provide excellent service.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness inside and out prior to customer delivery, including driving through automated car washes.
• Maintain the service area, prioritizing safety and cleanliness standards.
• Dispose appropriately of waste oil and vehicle parts according to protocols.
• Provide shuttle services to transport customers efficiently.
• Assist automotive technicians and fulfill additional assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent credential.
• Experience in automotive work preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Capability to safely handle both manual and automatic transmissions of various vehicle sizes.
• Strong communication abilities.
• A team-oriented mindset committed to outstanding customer service.
• Capability to perform well in a fast-moving workplace.

Career Advancement

Entry-level Service Assistants have the chance to progress into roles such as Lube Specialist, Parts Assistant, or Diagnostic Specialist I. Pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology is advised for those interested in Diagnostic Specialist positions.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate ranges from $19.49 to $21.06.
