Senior US IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The position involves managing the entire recruitment life cycle for US-based technology positions, working in the US shift timings to effectively partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for IT roles in the US market.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and ensure quality hiring.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and teams distributed across different time zones.
• Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT and technical recruitment for US-based roles.
• Proven expertise in full-life cycle recruiting processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
