Role Overview

As a Senior Underwriter specializing in Cyber, you will independently analyze, assess, and underwrite complex cyber risks. You will craft innovative and tailored insurance solutions that address the challenges of the dynamically evolving cyber market. Confidently lead contract and pricing negotiations with brokers, major clients, and other business partners. Maintain continuous monitoring of relevant market trends while actively contributing your expertise to the strategic and product-related advancement of our Cyber portfolio. Collaborate closely with sales, IT, claims management, and external partners. Support the development and training of underwriting guidelines and share your expertise with colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Law, Economics, Computer Science, or IT Security.
• Several years of experience as a (Senior) Underwriter in cyber insurance.
• Solid insurance technical knowledge and strong analytical skills for evaluating and improving IT security measures.
• Decisive mindset, adept at handling complex risks and skilled in negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills enabling clear explanation of complex subjects.
• Self-driven, organized, and solution-focused work approach with the ambition to actively advance the division collaboratively.
