msg.PMQ Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and enhancing insurance products utilizing msg.PMQ platform.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT teams to implement business requirements.
• Participating actively as a member of a Scrum team within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART).
• Creating technical concepts, coding solutions, analyzing issues, and applying fixes.
• Engaging regularly in PI Plannings, sprint ceremonies, reviews, and retrospectives.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as an application development specialist, or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of solid experience specifically in msg.PMQ application development.
• Hands-on knowledge in software development related to product management or operations within property insurance.
• Experience integrating msg.PMQ with core insurance systems.
• Methodical, self-directed work habits combined with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Enjoyment of working collaboratively in a Scrum team environment under SAFe principles, openness to exchange ideas, joint problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
