Senior Transitions Manager

Overview

This role involves steering comprehensive transition initiatives within BFSI and mortgage domains, encompassing everything from initial solution development to transition execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transition projects from planning through execution across BFSI and mortgage business areas.
• Coordinate and manage RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes.
• Design solutions and implement transition plans effectively.
• Develop detailed project plans covering ramp-up, quality assurance and control, governance, and communication strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of experience specializing in core solutions and transition management.
• Extensive knowledge of BFSI and mortgage sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multi-tower BFSI projects, typically overseeing two to three simultaneous projects.
• Strong exposure to PMO and project management methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, and Forms.
• Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, or PRINCE2 is mandatory.
