About the Company
RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd., part of Qualcomm, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources Group, focusing on Talent Acquisition.
Job Overview
The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for bargaining staff, collaborating on talent acquisition strategies to improve candidate experience and contribute value to the recruitment team. The specialist will research and apply best practices and tools in talent acquisition to effectively source and hire a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers on hiring needs, performance management including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and off-boarding processes.
- Monitor recruitment related to foreign workers, employment practices, repatriation, and ensure adherence to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
- Oversee re-employment procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance with local laws.
- Drive continuous improvement of standard operating procedures and optimize recruitment resources.
- Engage in additional projects and new initiatives as required.
- Ensure timely completion of requisition fulfillment and sourcing tasks with high accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR generalist with documented exposure to managing mass recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Capacity to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining responsiveness.
- Detail-oriented, pleasant personality with strong team collaboration skills.
Desired Skills and Knowledge
- Strong communication capabilities to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage high volume recruitment efficiently.
- Proactive approach towards talent acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and Eightfold is advantageous.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, OR
- Associate’s degree plus minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, OR
- High school diploma or equivalent plus minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Advanced degrees can substitute experience up to two years (Master's for one year, Doctorate for two years).
