- Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and methods to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive hands-on experience in in-house recruitment within large, complex organisations, with success in recruiting specialist, critical, or difficult-to-fill roles.
- Familiarity with recruiting across demanding specialist domains such as Institutional Banking, Funds Management, Markets, Risk, Technology, Data, or other specialised professional areas.
- Proven capability in attracting and engaging passive candidates, utilizing proactive sourcing in competitive talent markets.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to advise and coach hiring managers on inclusive and effective recruitment methods.
- Excellent organisational skills enabling management of busy and changing recruitment portfolios while upholding quality, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience.
- Experience working within established recruitment protocols, policies, and governance frameworks, exercising sound judgment to navigate complex recruiting scenarios.
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate to achieve results.
