Role Overview
This position as a Mobile Mortgage Manager offers an autonomous work environment, focused on guiding home buyers through one of the most significant milestones of their lives. You'll provide tailored advice and support throughout the entire home buying journey, building trusted relationships and facilitating meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the home loan journey from initial inquiry to settlement and post-settlement support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing their comprehensive financial needs, including insurance considerations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders such as real estate agents, lawyers, and accountants.
- Collaborate seamlessly with ANZ’s Personal, Business, and Private Banking teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Adhere strictly to compliance, risk management, and quality standards for reliable and responsible advice.
- Expand the Home Lending customer base by proactively using internal and external networks.
Daily Work Highlights
- Engage with customers either face-to-face or virtually to understand their lending goals and customize solutions.
- Flexible working arrangements including from home, ANZ offices, or community settings.
- Analyze complex financial information to assess loan affordability and formulate credit recommendations.
- Grow business through building a strong referral network comprising influencers and professionals.
- Share insights and collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer outcomes.
- Represent ANZ positively at community events and financial wellbeing workshops.
Candidate Profile
- Establish trust quickly with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Possess confidence working independently while maintaining connection to the broader team.
- Bring solid experience in financial services or lending, including income and expense analysis.
- Demonstrate proactive, solutions-oriented approach to work tasks and challenges.
- Have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Commit to delivering high-quality results prioritizing customer interests.
