Job Opportunity
We seek an experienced and commercially savvy Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. This role involves strategic partnership with senior leaders across multiple functions including technical, sales, and corporate areas. Beyond traditional recruitment, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping to attract top talent, reinforce our employer brand, and shape hiring strategies organization-wide.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to deliver comprehensive recruitment solutions
- Handle multiple job openings across technical, sales, operations, and corporate teams
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engaging with the market
- Ensure an outstanding candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding
- Champion recruitment best practices and continuous process enhancements
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, talent marketing campaigns, and networking initiatives
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies when applicable, prioritizing direct sourcing success
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 to 8 years of proven experience in internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner roles
- Preferred background recruiting for technology sectors such as telecom, cloud, cybersecurity, or data centres
- Exceptional ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence across organizational levels
- Skilled in sourcing and engaging passive candidates in highly competitive environments
- Commercially minded with proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Adept at handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving workplace
- Experience working alongside recruitment agencies is a strong advantage
