Main Responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to shaping the global talent acquisition strategy.
• Engage with high-level candidates, including those at the C-suite level, to assess fit and manage recruitment end-to-end.
• Recruit across diverse project and construction-related verticals.
• Lead salary and benefits negotiations to secure top-tier candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey from offer acceptance through onboarding.
• Oversee and streamline onboarding processes for smooth integration into the company.

Key Requirements

• Between five to ten years of recruitment experience within Construction, Engineering, or Real Estate domains.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in a recruitment context.
• Proven track record recruiting for senior positions with a deep understanding of the relevant market dynamics.
