The Test Maintenance team is integral to manufacturing success by ensuring that test equipment and automation systems function at peak efficiency. Our responsibilities include maintaining equipment reliability, optimizing uptime, and promoting continuous enhancement to support superior quality, yield, productivity, and operational excellence.

We collaborate closely with Production, Process Engineering, Automation, and Equipment Engineering teams to maintain stable and efficient manufacturing workflows while facilitating new technology rollouts and capacity building.

About The Role

As a Test Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability of equipment to meet manufacturing goals and business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance professionals to meet targets related to equipment performance, yield, safety, and productivity.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize uptime and equipment dependability.
• Support the installation, calibration, qualification, and upkeep of production test equipment, automation systems, and robotics handlers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, minimize production interruptions, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement projects focusing on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), downtime reduction, cost savings, and improved yield.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and company safety standards; assist in audits, risk assessments, and documentation management.

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Between 3 and 8 years of relevant experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, supporting test equipment, or working in high-volume production environments.
• Proven track record troubleshooting equipment and conducting preventive or predictive maintenance.
• Familiarity with automation systems, robotics, PLCs, test equipment, and manufacturing technology.
• Experience analysing equipment performance, yield data, or operations to drive efficiency improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Location & Facilities

This role is based at the Woodlands site in Singapore, one of the country's largest electronics production locations. The expansive facility is accessible by bus and MRT, with many employees commuting via public transport.
