Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance and facilitate production changeovers on sputtering equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve recurring equipment issues encompassing electrical and mechanical domains.
- Collaborate with equipment and process engineering teams to enhance tool reliability and minimize product defects.
- Propose and drive initiatives to boost equipment overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), improve productivity, enhance safety, and reduce costs.
- Receive training in data analytics and machine learning applications to aid in equipment diagnostics, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop expertise in vacuum technology fundamentals with opportunities for ongoing learning and career advancement.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates self-drive and a proactive, positive approach to work.
- Excels as a team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in cleanroom environments.
- Prepared to operate on a 12-hour shift schedule.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications such as ITE certification.
- Familiarity or experience with mechanical or electronic systems.
- Prior hands-on troubleshooting experience with mechanical or electrical equipment is advantageous.
- Experience working in cleanroom settings is a plus.
- Proficient with data analysis and Microsoft Office tools.
