Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain services on the TeamViewer ONE platform delivering insights through enabling platform and client capabilities.
• Create new features and components using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, CSS3, ensuring high-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and QA engineers to design efficient, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage continuous integration, build, and deployment processes from testing stages through to production.
• Design, develop, and consume APIs adhering to architectural standards and frameworks.
• Develop UI components and automate their generation based on predefined schemas.
• Implement frontend event tracking for usage behavior analysis.
• Author UI test cases utilizing the Cypress testing framework.
• Optimize software performance using advanced algorithms and cutting-edge development tools.
• Work autonomously to deliver solutions meeting specified timelines and quality targets.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, stable, and efficient in operation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members on engineering best practices.
• Coach colleagues and advise product managers with feasibility assessments and time estimates for upcoming features.
• Engage directly with customers to analyze and resolve product issues and support major implementations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over nine years of professional software development experience.
• In-depth expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript frameworks and tools including React, Redux, and Webpack.
• Commitment to accessibility and high-performance applications, capable of verifying efficiency under heavy workloads on distributed systems.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks is required.
• Proficiency with Cypress for UI testing.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, or C++ is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Argo CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with services such as AKS, Redis, Key Vault, Event Hub, Service Bus, and SQL Managed Instance considered a plus.
• Experience in architectural decision-making for complex distributed systems and UI integrations.
• Understanding of Clean Code principles and object-oriented design patterns.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor is favorable.
• Awareness of concepts such as end-user computing, log analysis, anomaly detection, and correlation is an advantage.
• A problem-solving attitude with structured, analytical thinking, teamwork orientation, and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Portuguese are advantageous.
