Role Overview
As a Senior Solution Specialist within our Information Management and Productivity Solutions team, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions. Your efforts will enhance collaboration, information governance, and productivity, enabling future-focused ways of working.
Your responsibilities include delivering outstanding consulting services using a co-design and consultative approach, guiding clients through solution ideation and decision-making, and leading projects with emphasis on inclusion, transparency, and continual feedback.
Though our offices are located throughout New Zealand, we encourage flexible working arrangements to balance in-person collaboration with remote work, accommodating team preferences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultancy activities to help organisations address challenges and achieve goals using co-design principles, providing insights and recommendations.
- Create and conduct compelling presentations, product showcases, and interactive workshops.
- Gather and analyze business needs, documenting requirements, solution designs, and system as-builds.
- Offer technical leadership for Microsoft 365 environments, including information management, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
- Develop and deploy solutions across Microsoft 365 platforms such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Manage migration projects migrating data from legacy systems into M365 components.
- Advise customers on document control and records management to maintain compliance and information integrity.
- Grow customer competencies through coaching, demonstrations, and development of training resources.
- Prepare effort estimates for proposals and support presales processes.
- Adhere to ITIL processes, especially around change and release management.
- Provide governance and ongoing support for customers' Microsoft 365 and automation solutions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated consulting experience in ICT professional services.
- Deep expertise designing, building, and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions, especially involving Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Proven experience migrating content from legacy platforms into Microsoft 365.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in both technical and business writing formats.
- Capable of translating complex business challenges into practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
- Extensive knowledge of core Microsoft 365 collaboration tools: SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Familiar with Microsoft Purview for information governance and protection.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Strong understanding of information management principles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS.
- Development of integrations between Microsoft 365 and business systems.
- Familiarity with AvePoint tools such as Opus, Backup, Cloud Governance, Policies and Insights, and Fly.
- Experience with ShareGate for migrations and administration.
