Job Summary

The Senior Solution Product Manager will collaborate closely with sales teams to expand Supermicro's presence across various verticals in the EMEA region. This role involves establishing ecosystems with suppliers, developing joint strategies with sales teams, and engaging directly with customers to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and communication skills to strategize and define product approaches for Supermicro's core offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and business trend analysis to create strategies that increase market share through strategically positioning Supermicro solutions.
• Identify and prioritize enterprise customer needs for current and emerging use cases considering evolving deployment environments.
• Manage time-to-market processes for new product training targeted at customers.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to refine product and solution specifications ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Lead research on technology advancements, customer patterns, and competitor trends to inform platform portfolio strategy development.
• Build strong customer relationships and partner with sales teams to successfully close deals.
• Develop and maintain a supplier ecosystem alongside team members to foster business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related experience.
• 8 to 10+ years of product management experience showcasing ability to influence customer decisions.
• Proven track record of direct customer engagement and business development.
• Strong knowledge of solutions including data analytics, software-defined storage, HPC, AI, hyper-converged infrastructure, SAP, and networking.
• Deep expertise in server, storage, and data center products combined with business insight to generate new opportunities in the European market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering collaboration and managing complex stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong achievement focus.
• Capable of acting as a technical advisor on market and technology trends.
