Role Overview

The Senior Solution Architect position in our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG) is a strategic leadership role. You'll oversee complex customer engagements from conception to execution, ensuring architectural integrity, measurable results, and executive alignment while fostering a high-performance team culture. As guardians of our Professional Services Methodology, you'll champion best practices and scalable delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert by participating in onboarding and collaborating with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders, translating executive-level business needs into scalable process designs and architectural solutions.
• Promote AI innovation using Salesforce's Agentforce platform and AI tools to automate workflows and enhance customer experiences.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and mockups to clarify and gather intricate business requirements.
• Lead agile delivery through composing user stories and detailed solution specifications for technical teams to implement.
• Advise on Salesforce Platform functions, solution architecture, environment handling, and User Acceptance Testing procedures.
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, managing complex strategic and technical discussions effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years' experience in enterprise software roles such as Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proven success delivering solutions within Media and Telecommunications sectors.
• Expertise in analyzing, designing, and enhancing enterprise business processes through technology.
• Experienced in leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and transform operations, including familiarity with Agentforce or similar AI technologies.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to document requirements and architectures clearly through diagrams and functional models.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous for the Saudi Arabia/MENA region.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally based on customer requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Active Salesforce Certifications with hands-on experience in Salesforce Platform's declarative features.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, EPC) or Communications Cloud highly valued.
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and experience as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• Experience in senior consulting roles within top consultancies or global systems integrators.
