Quality Solution Architect

About the Role

As a Quality Solution Architect at our organization, you will take charge of aligning technical solutions with our clients' business objectives. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about engineering innovative and efficient technology solutions. You will oversee the end-to-end planning of project infrastructure and system design, deciding whether components should be sourced off-the-shelf or developed in-house. Additionally, you will have opportunities to create proof of concepts and audit existing implementations to assess their effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, large-scale solution designs with detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements.
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure quality and alignment.
• Define essential project goals and requirements needed to successfully deliver 'go-live' solutions.
• Engage directly with clients during the architecture design and implementation phases to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between 12 to 19 years of overall experience in the IT sector, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on solution architecture design.
• Demonstrated expertise in formulating test automation strategies across various domains and project types, including Time & Materials and Fixed-Price engagements.
• Strong proficiency with test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficient in at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, C# (.NET), or Python.
• Familiar with JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages.
• Comprehensive understanding of architectural principles enabling the recommendation of automation solutions tailored to architecture specifics.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise and business architecture concepts.
• Experience working with diverse software development life cycle models and methodologies including Scrum and Rational Unified Process (RUP).
• Background in cloud computing, DevOps practices, and software engineering methodologies.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, testing AI/ML systems, and experience in leveraging large language models (LLMs), managed cloud platforms (MCPs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and evaluation agents such as DeepEval and Ragas.
• Expertise in architecture for web applications and web services, including both relational and NoSQL data storage, with a focus on security, monitoring, and caching considerations.
• A proactive mindset coupled with leadership skills in architectural activities; experienced in working on client premises with excellent communication abilities.
