- Participate in third-level support and maintenance to uphold service continuity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement pragmatic, supportable solutions.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Extensive experience (5 to 10 years+) in software analysis, design, and programming.
- Demonstrated leadership in application development delivery and mentoring peers.
- Proven hands-on expertise with SaaS, COTS, low-code platforms, and custom-built enterprise applications.
- Practical experience managing DevOps toolchains (CI/CD), configuration management, and production support.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles including APIs, data flows, and interfaces.
Areas to showcase senior-level proficiency:
- Development and support of applications across heterogeneous technology stacks including custom, low-code, SaaS, and COTS.
- Building reliable backend services and APIs with technologies like Java and Spring Boot.
- Implementing workflow, form, automation, and case management solutions using platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Connecting multiple enterprise systems via API integration and pragmatic interface approaches.
- Working with relational databases, managing data quality, and executing migrations.
- Operational readiness including monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and incident response.
- Applying modern engineering practices such as automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, build and release management, and environment control.
- Embedding secure software development lifecycle practices, peer review processes, and managing technical debt effectively.
- Exercising leadership through mentorship, coaching, effective communication, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
