Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5-8 years of robust experience specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.10. The position focuses on supporting new initiatives, application improvements, and ongoing technical projects within Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) sectors.
Technical Expertise Required
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher (XML Publisher).
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Financials Technical modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM).
- Familiarity with Procurement Technical modules such as Purchase Orders (PO) and iProcurement.
- Hands-on knowledge of Web Services (SOAP/REST), Unix/Linux shell scripting, performance tuning, Oracle database concepts, RICE components, and custom extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design and develop custom Oracle EBS solutions that meet complex organizational needs.
- Deliver high-quality developments and enhancements aligned with business objectives in Finance and SCM modules.
- Engage with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide technical leadership in system integrations and configuration for Oracle EBS R12.2.10 architecture.
- Troubleshoot, tune performance, and maintain Oracle EBS applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to independently manage development tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Technical expertise in Oracle Finance modules (AP, AR, GL) and SCM modules (Purchasing, iProcurement).
Additional Information
The candidate will be expected to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and consistently deliver business-centric solutions within agreed timelines. This role is based onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at a subsidiary company under CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS).
