Role Overview

We are seeking a product-focused Rust Engineer to join our team and drive forward a critical new technical initiative. This role offers the chance to engage deeply with Rust and handle sophisticated systems challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified core layer applicable to desktop, mobile, and backend platforms.
• Participate in architectural decisions involving CRDTs and distributed system design.
• Work closely with frontend, mobile, and backend teams to integrate Rust modules effectively.
• Enhance the system’s performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
