Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction within the iOS Mobile team, fostering a culture of innovation, enthusiasm, and passion.
- Develop, design, and support high-performance, scalable, secure iOS applications that meet rigorous standards.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to architect and deliver cohesive mobile solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Promote technical excellence through code reviews, mentoring colleagues, and implementing best practices in development, testing, and CI/CD automation.
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging iOS technologies to boost performance, developer efficiency, and enhance user experience.
- Emphasize spec-driven development, collaborating with AI coding tools by writing clear, testable specifications and maintaining quality and security standards.
Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise with iOS platform, Swift programming language, UIKit, SwiftUI, and their associated SDKs.
- Experience implementing clean architectural patterns such as MVVM-C.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) systems.
- Proficiency in unit testing using XCTest framework.
- Knowledge of multi-threading concepts and dependency injection techniques.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and implementing offline data caching.
- Exposure to mobile database systems like Realm or CoreData.
- A strong advocate for clean coding methodologies.
- Eager to engage with AI-assisted development, exercising good judgment when using AI-generated code.
