As a Senior Software Engineer on the Global Payroll team, you will be instrumental in enhancing a comprehensive payroll platform servicing hundreds of thousands of employees. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and product leadership to define and execute the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap while balancing platform and product requirements.
• Develop scalable, maintainable solutions with high reliability to support business growth.
• Mentor and guide other engineers to promote their professional development.
• Enhance engineering quality by implementing and operating tools, monitoring systems, and processes throughout the company.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production and customer issues.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience as a professional software engineer.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects from product specification through successful release.
• Strong understanding of computer science principles and modern design patterns, enabling resolution of complex technical challenges and innovation.
• Experience leading full project lifecycles, turning complex ideas into tangible outcomes.
• Excellent product intuition focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Exceptional communication skills for clarifying technical concepts and collaborating across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Python, Django, and React is advantageous.
