Role Overview
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant specializing in our HR suite to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This presales position requires working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to articulate how Rippling’s platform addresses clients' HR and payroll challenges through strategic storytelling, tailored demonstrations, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist prospective clients throughout their evaluation process.
- Comprehend client objectives and technical requirements, effectively communicating Rippling’s capabilities.
- Conduct customized technical demos and proof-of-concept sessions aligned with client goals.
- Develop and update compelling technical content facilitating user success.
- Share product feedback representing customer perspectives.
- Become a subject matter expert on Rippling’s platform and understand its market differentiation.
- Support the growth of an inclusive, high-performing Solutions Consulting team.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least four years of experience in presales or client-facing technical roles, particularly with HRIS or HCM systems.
- Familiarity with payroll systems in Australia and New Zealand is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- An enthusiastic learner with a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, problem-solving environments.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience.
