Key Responsibilities

• Design and build reactive full-stack web applications for desktops and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create adaptive and responsive front-end interfaces using technologies like HTML5, CSS, and React.js or equivalents.
• Develop robust backend services with Python, Node.js, and related frameworks.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance software productivity, code quality, and engineering processes.
• Implement advanced AI features using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) through API integrations and proper architectural design.
• Partner with QA teams to create automated test scripts ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Diagnose and rectify technical issues occurring during development and production phases.
• Document architectural designs and AI integration details for communication with technical stakeholders.
• Adopt DevOps best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding, and software design patterns.
• Stay informed on emerging full-stack development technologies and AI trends.
• Work closely with engagement and product managers to craft prototypes and demonstrations for end users.

Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related analytical fields.
• Minimum three years' experience leading large-scale, multi-site technology projects with demonstrable success.
• Proficient with front-end languages (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Competent in backend development using Python, Node.js, Express, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experienced in automated testing practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes is preferred.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify and articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Domain experience in Homeland Security is advantageous but not mandatory.
