Senior Product Designer

Overview

We seek a seasoned Senior Product Designer skilled at managing comprehensive design processes for complex digital platforms and user experiences. This role demands translating strategic business objectives, user data, and operational criteria into cohesive, accessible, and scalable product designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design lifecycle including user research, journey plotting, interaction and visual design, prototyping, usability tests, and implementation assistance.
• Collaborate extensively with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineering teams, and key stakeholders to shape product vision and uphold design standards.
• Mentor less experienced designers and actively enhance design frameworks, UX standards, and toolsets within the team.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final high-fidelity UI components that emphasize usability, accessibility, and consistency.
• Conduct user research and usability evaluations to gather actionable feedback, driving continuous product refinement based on evidence rather than assumptions.
• Implement and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices in interaction and visual design.
• Participate fully in Agile workflows, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, design reviews, and ensuring accurate execution of designs during development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interactive Design Engineering, Digital Media, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field; or equivalent proven professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in roles involving UI/UX design, product or interaction design, and experience contributing to front-end development projects.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing comprehensive product design responsibilities including research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and implementation success.
• Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback to enhance design solutions.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility, responsive design, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like React and Tailwind CSS is desirable.
• Experience working within Agile development cycles and integrating design processes into sprint plans and releases.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining design decisions and collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Capacity to lead and develop junior designers and contribute to overarching design standards and processes.

Additional Information

This role is based in Singapore and requires working onsite. The position involves close interdisciplinary collaboration, ownership of full design deliverables, and mentoring responsibilities, aimed at promoting a culture of design excellence and innovation within the company.
