Role Overview
We are seeking Senior Software Engineers with AI expertise to develop our products and platform. This role involves close coordination with engineering and delivery teams and requires adaptability to handle ambiguous problems. You'll contribute hands-on engineering while engaging in strategic product and business discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI Co-Worker systems enabling enterprise clients to deploy persona-focused AI Co-Workers that execute end-to-end operational workflows securely on our platform.
- Maintain a model-agnostic platform by integrating large language models and AI frameworks from both established and emerging providers.
- Construct and integrate robust, scalable, and secure APIs fitted for extensive enterprise environments.
- Engage with customers to thoroughly comprehend their requirements and deliver solutions that surpass their expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years experience in software development coupled with recent hands-on work in AI technologies.
- Strong programming fundamentals especially in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience working with AI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Demonstrated ability to design systems that prioritize security and data governance from inception rather than as afterthoughts.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with persistence to bring solutions to completion.
