Position Summary

We seek a visionary and hands-on Director of Software Engineering to lead the next generation of AI-driven enterprise integration and developer productivity initiatives within the Middle and Large Business segment. This leader will balance technical strategy, code contribution, and team mentorship to drive engineering excellence and innovation in intelligent application development using emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams throughout the design, development, and release cycles of Agentic Applications.
• Ensure both functional and non-functional application requirements are fulfilled during implementation.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Architect and oversee enterprise-grade integrations with Gen AI platforms such as Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI.
• Promote adoption of advanced AI methodologies including agentic systems, knowledge graphs, and chat-oriented programming (CHOP) to accelerate delivery speed.
• Recruit, build, and coach high-performing, innovation-driven engineering teams.
• Drive deployment of business platforms powered by Generative AI technologies.
• Define and implement technical strategies that align with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage complex integration projects in cloud-native infrastructures, favoring AWS environments.
• Collaborate extensively across product, data science, and business units to provide intelligent and scalable software solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 12 to 14 years of experience in software engineering, including 3 to 5 years in leadership positions.
• Proven practical experience building and deploying agentic applications in production using frameworks such as Langchain, Langraph, or Google ADK.
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration patterns, workflow orchestration, and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in contemporary programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, and Java, with knowledge of AI frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Google Cloud Platform, alongside modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership acumen, and capability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
