Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage production-ready, dependable infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
  • Create and configure Kubernetes clusters at a production-standard level rather than only managing workloads.
  • Take ownership of Kubernetes platforms used for deploying AI applications.
  • Author and sustain infrastructure automation with Terraform.
  • Develop and uphold Helm-based workflows for application deployment on Kubernetes.
  • Work effectively in diverse customer environments, both new and existing, often with incomplete documentation.
  • Ensure environments are properly documented and maintained for ongoing support by other teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to build resilient, scalable, and secure systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE or self-hosted solutions.
  • Practical expertise in using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
  • Experience deploying Kubernetes applications using Helm.
  • Professional background using at least two programming or scripting languages, including Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
  • Excellent communicator capable of adjusting technical discussions for engineering peers and higher management.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience operating within structured SDLC methodologies, inclusive of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and full delivery lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with at least one main cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of GitOps or ArgoCD deployment strategies.
  • Minimum of five years professional experience relevant to the role.
  • Introduction to DevOps practices, covering CI/CD maintenance, infrastructure automation, and security protocols.

Desirable Certifications

  • Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), cloud provider certificates, or DevOps-related credentials are advantageous.

Why Join Future Secure AI?

  • Engage in a high-performance company culture.
  • Work with cutting-edge technology in AI and infrastructure.
  • Learn from accessible and experienced leadership.
  • Contribute to projects with large-scale impact and meaningful purpose.
  • Receive competitive compensation supporting professional growth.
  • Collaborate with leading experts in the industry.
  • Enjoy a flexible working environment promoting diversity and creativity.
