Job Overview
Fore Holdings is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team based in Mumbai. The role involves full-time, on-site responsibility for overseeing structural and finishing operations on multi-storey residential and redevelopment projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must hold a B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Possess 1 to over 8 years of proven experience in site execution for multi-storey residential construction or redevelopment.
Primary Duties
- Lead daily supervision of structural elements including slab and RCC works, ensuring compliance with approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Plan and track daily and weekly construction targets to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, rebar placement, shuttering, and concrete pouring activities while upholding rigorous quality and safety standards onsite.
- Manage contractors by allocating labor resources, verifying measurements, and approving contractor running account bills for payment.
- Maintain accurate documentation including Daily Progress Reports, material reconciliation statements, and activity logs.
Location & Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position requiring presence at the construction site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges between 24000 and 36000 INR.
