Interior Site Supervisor

Overview

The Interior Site Supervisor position is based in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore and is part of the Construction/Site Management department. Reporting directly to the Project Manager or Site Manager, this role focuses on managing daily site activities to ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track daily progress and provide updates to the project management team.
• Enforce site safety standards and compliance with project guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive daily documentation including attendance, material usage, and site activities.
• Conduct safety briefings (toolbox talks) and promote mandatory use of protective equipment.
• Manage logistics for materials and delivery schedules to the site.
• Communicate regularly with engineers, clients, and suppliers to address site requirements.
• Promptly identify and resolve on-site problems and delays to keep the project on track.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or certification in construction or site management is desirable.
• Three to five years’ experience in a supervisory role within construction or related fields.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and local industry standards.
• Capability to interpret technical drawings and site blueprints.
• Basic computer skills such as email communication and MS Office applications.

Compensation and Terms

The salary is negotiable depending on experience, current compensation, project scope, and location specifics. This is a full-time onsite position that may require working additional hours including weekends or holidays based on project demands. Candidates should be prepared for exposure to outdoor and active construction environments.
