HVAC Site Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Site Engineer proficient in executing installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, particularly around VRF systems and chillers. The role demands experience in managing teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring project plans are followed meticulously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site HVAC teams to facilitate uninterrupted workflows and meet project timelines.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and consultants to understand project needs and effectively resolve issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely procurement and delivery of equipment and materials.
• Oversee on-site operations to ensure quality conformity with design and specifications.
• Quickly identify and address any challenges arising during site execution.
• Conduct measurement certifications to verify accuracy and progression of work.
• Prepare and submit customer billing with proper supporting documentation punctually.
• Maintain oversight of material inventory and logistics to prevent delays.
• Maximize efficient resource usage to minimize waste and control costs.
• Establish and nurture solid professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for providing project updates, site measurements, reports, and documentation.

Additional Information

• Monthly Salary Range: 30000 to 50000 INR.
• Work Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
