Role Overview

This full-time position requires on-site work six days per week in Dubai, UAE. The Senior Site Architect will lead architectural design efforts and oversee project management and coordination of various components. The role demands collaboration with the design team, vigilant site supervision, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned projects. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and manage project integration aspects.
• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with design and project teams.
• Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive architectural expertise with a strong design background.
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience, including at least 5 years devoted to hospitality projects, specifically 5-star hotels.
• Proficiency in architectural software development for project design purposes.
• Experience with integration of various architectural components.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
• Team collaboration and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Prior experience within the construction industry is advantageous.
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
