About the Role
The Internal Security Department (ISD) has been a cornerstone in safeguarding Singapore’s domestic security and stability for over 75 years, addressing threats from foreign subversion, espionage, extremism, and terrorism. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Security Policy Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping protective security policies to fortify Singapore’s security environment. Your duties include conducting comprehensive research into international best practices in protective security, reviewing and enhancing existing policies and protocols in partnership with other agencies, and assisting in workforce planning and training to boost operational efficiency and resilience.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possess a degree in any field or demonstrate equivalent professional competencies.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Have proficient communication skills, both written and oral.
- Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Show openness and commitment to acquiring new skills and adapting to evolving challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Applicants must be Singaporean citizens.
