Role Overview

This role involves leading workshops with users and stakeholders to capture requirements clearly and deliver Salesforce solutions using best practices. The candidate will oversee incident management, solution enhancements, documentation, and user training, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead sessions to define business and technical requirements with end users and stakeholders.
• Advise on industry standards to create scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions for users.
• Handle incident resolution and enhancement requests effectively.
• Engage with end users to understand issues and deliver timely solutions.

Required Skills and Competencies

• At least eight years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Proficiency in both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
• Mandatory possession of Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and management.
• Experience in solution testing and validation to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Ability to produce thorough documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Excellent teamwork capabilities and communication skills.
• A strong commitment to continuous personal learning and professional development.
