Position Overview

The Senior Revenue Manager will partner with senior leadership to deliver effective channel-level planning, monitor and evaluate revenue streams, and ensure excellent execution across properties in the G6 portfolio. The role primarily involves performance tracking, pricing strategy implementation, key account management, and maintaining strong operational discipline across various markets and hotels.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee revenue and margin goals annually across OTAs, direct bookings, credit cards, and other channels.
  • Collaborate on channel-specific plans aligned with monthly and quarterly objectives.
  • Monitor key market units, hotels, and revenue initiatives, quickly identifying risks and supporting mitigation.
  • Lead revenue review processes (daily, weekly, monthly) and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth in strategic markets and clientele.
  • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and discount campaigns across markets and properties.
  • Evaluate and enhance OTA platform performance including Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb among others.
  • Conduct competitive pricing benchmarks and suggest adjustments to optimize yield.
  • Identify unplanned discounts affecting profit margins and address early warning signs of performance dips.
  • Support revenue growth and retention efforts for strategic hotel accounts, collaborating in data-driven performance meetings with partners.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Technology) to synchronize execution and localize central revenue plans.
  • Facilitate smooth revenue operations for new property launches, new market entries, and peak demand periods.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership reviews, ensuring timely communication of trends, risks, and follow-up activities.
  • Promote adoption of global best practices in revenue management across teams and markets.
  • Mentor and guide junior Revenue Managers and Analysts to bolster execution quality and data discipline.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Over 5 years of professional experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Expertise in channel management and revenue performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with operations and multiple cross-functional teams.
  • A strong analytical mindset coupled with execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, travel, marketplace platforms, or consumer internet sectors is advantageous.
  • Educational background preferably includes an engineering degree and an MBA.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones (6 PM – 3 AM).
