About the Role
This opportunity is with Bajaj Finance Ltd, based in Bhupalpally - Main Road, Warangal, Telangana. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in enhancing employee productivity through innovative feature development for sales teams by leveraging the company's productivity application. This role involves collaborating across multiple business verticals within Bajaj Finance Limited (BFL) to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize and improve the company's productivity app to boost sales team efficiency.
- Act as a product owner, partnering with IT teams to deliver products that meet the diverse needs of various business units.
- Engage with stakeholders from business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and technical constraints.
- Translate overarching product strategies into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with IT to guarantee timely implementation and deployment of new app features.
- Work closely with different BFL verticals to promote the Salesone app's utilization and adoption.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to ensure quality deliverables.
Candidate Profile
- Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines. An MBA is preferred.
- Possess 6 to 8 years of product management experience, ideally within technology companies or financial services organizations.
- Familiarity with Finance, FinTech, NBFC/lending sectors, and B2C platforms will be advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- A self-motivated mindset with high levels of initiative.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
- Experience documenting functional requirements to facilitate IT development workflows.
