Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - SME

Position Overview

This role is based in Prayagraj and focuses on accomplishing the assigned branch's Debt Management Services goals while adhering to monthly targets within prescribed cost boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet collection targets by directly visiting customers or agencies.
• Continuously assess performance using set parameters and provide ongoing updates.
• Adhere to legal protocols during repossession of products.
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Generate and submit routine reports on collection efforts and outcomes.
• Address and manage escalations swiftly and efficiently.
• Oversee Daily Risk Report (DRR) management activities.
• Design and execute strategies aimed at boosting collection success rates.
• Track individual cases and ensure resolution within agreed timelines as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Manage portfolio and implement debt collection strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead reporting and analysis functions.
• Implement risk management practices and provide team leadership.
• Manage vendors and collaborate effectively with both internal and external clients.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess proven experience in achieving collection targets through field visits, monitoring performance, ensuring legal compliance in repossessions, and maintaining meticulous customer records. A history of generating timely reports, handling escalations adeptly, managing risk reports, coordinating portfolio activities, and demonstrating leadership skills is essential.
