Job Overview
This position is an on-roll role with a banking sector organization. The Senior Relationship Manager will work primarily at the main branch and will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing client needs, and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming walk-in customers at the main branch.
- Conduct thorough customer analysis to understand their requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with customers.
- Engage with potential leads and other candidate offers.
- Handle sales-related services including documentation necessary to close leads.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- At least one year of professional experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Strong communication skills essential for effective customer interaction.
Compensation
