About the Role
This position is an on-roll opportunity within the banking sector, specifically with HDFC Bank Limited. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving sales through designated bank branches by managing banca sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance banca sales activities through assigned bank branches.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with partnered tie-up banks.
- Convert leads provided by the company into successful sales closures.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide assistance.
- Promote cross-selling of various banking products to increase business.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold a graduation degree.
- Possess at least one year of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Have strong communication abilities to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
